INTRODUCTION TO AYURVEDA
DOSHA TYPE AND ALIMENTATION
First of all, Ayurveda is a form of unconventional traditional medicine originating in India. In devanāgarī (is an alphabet script used for Sanskrit) Ayurveda means the "science of life, āyus for life, and Veda means science or knowledge which would draw its sources from the Veda, which is set of sacred texts of ancient India.
Ayuverda it's an approach especially by emphasizing diet, herbal remedies, exercise, meditation, breathing, and physical therapy.

Ayurveda is based on the theory of the 5 elements: Ether (Akasha) or subtle space, The Air (Vayu), Fire (Agni), Earth (Prithivi), Water (Jala). These elements make up the universe (macrocosm) and create the human body (microcosm). So we have all the elements inside of us and we are the reflection of the universe. The 5 elements combine to give birth to 3 biological moods, 3 great vital forces that create the body, make it work, and destroy it: The Doshas. Before starting to change your lifestyle or start ayurvedic food it's important to know which type of dosha are you in otherwise wich one is dominant in your profile. Ayurveda identifies the three basic types of energy: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, these principles can be related to the basic biology body.
.
I don't know if it's happened to you to feel that you are not eating the right thing for yourself or you get sick a lot of time? If yes maybe my experience will reflect on you, on my side my partner gets an allergy for more than 6 months that the doctors couldn't even heal. It's from this situation that I start to be interested in Ayurveda lifestyle and actually how food working on ourselves. I am not a professional of Ayurveda but I would like to share with you what I've found and it's still help and maybe it's will help you also!

    • Vata

Vata is the subtle energy associated with movement — composed of Space and Air. It governs breathing, blinking, muscle and tissue movement, pulsation of the heart, and all movements in the cytoplasm and cell membranes. In balance, Vata promotes creativity and flexibility. Out of balance, Vata produces fear and anxiety

        • Pitta

Pitta expresses as the body's metabolic system — made up of Fire and Water. It governs digestion, absorption, assimilation, nutrition, metabolism, and body temperature. In balance, pitta promotes understanding and intelligence. Out of balance, pitta arouses anger, hatred, and jealousy.

              • Kapha

Kapha is the energy that forms the body's structure — bones, muscles, tendons — and provides the "glue" that holds the cells together, formed from Earth and Water. Kapha supplies the water for all bodily parts and systems. It lubricates joints, moisturizes the skin, and maintains immunity. In balance, Kapha is expressed as love, calmness, and forgiveness. Out of balance, it leads to attachment, greed, and envy.

              INTRODUCTION TO HUMAN DESIGN
              RECONNECT WITH YOUR INNER SELF
              .
I discover human design two years ago thanks to Jessica aka Projector Supernova, I learn a lot from myself and from my surrounding. I continue still to learn everyday more about human, and from myself.
Thanks to human design I get to know more myself and accept me as I am and have more patience for others. I live consciously with my mind and my body.

              Human Definition and Origin

The origin of Human Design came from the combination of astrology and ancient traditions like chakras and modern science. Human Design was originated by Ra Uru Hu who published a book called “The Human Design System”.
The theorique definition of Human Design, is the creation of your design Chart, also called a BodyGraph, based on your birth date, time, and place, to reveal your genetic design.

On the most practical level, human design shows you where and how to access your body's consciousness as a decision-making tool, and ultimately, how to live as your true self and also understanding others in their true self. Human Design is a tool that can help you to be awake on your own body and how to live consciously with all the parts of your body.

              - The Human Design in general, the basic to know :

              ● The Human Design System groups people into 5 specific types:
⁃ Manifestors, 8% of the population
⁃ Generators, 37% of the population ⁃ Manifesting Generators, 33% of pop ⁃ Projectors, 20-22% of population
              ⁃ Reflectors, 1% of population

Each type has a Strategy (mode of operation) specific to it. The main difference between each type is in their aura. Although there are endless variations within each type (and within our genetics), each type has a specific auric quality that determines its strategy and authority - a correct way of approaching and navigating life. Strategy and authority are two key elements of the Human Design System – and all you really need to know to live a fulfilling life free from resistance. :)

              ● In human design we all have an inner authority. It's the authority that allows us to make the right decision for us.
              ● In your bodygraph/chart you could see different forms in color or white, it’s called “energetic centers”, our 9 centers reveal where we are conditioned (open/close OR defined/undefined.
              ● Everybody has a mission of life, and this is revealed with the in carnation cross, profiles and different channels and doors.

              I VISIT...
SOME PLACE THAT I VISIT AND WHO INSPIRE ME
              Fundació Miró & Joan Miró
Joan Miró was a Spanish painter from the surrealism he was inspired by dadaïsme, cubism, and fauvism, also sculptor and ceramicist born in Barcelona. In his native city was established a museum dedicated to his work, the Fundacio Joan Miró in 1975.
The idea of creating the foundation was born in 1968 with conversations between the mayor of Barcelona and Joan Miró himself who wanted to turn into an element that allowed to know the trends of contemporary art in Barcelona. It's in 1975 that The Fundació Miró opened its doors, located in the mountain of Montjuic, an anti-monumental building designed by the Architect Josep Lluìs Sert a personal friend of the painter, who had already build his studio in Mallorca his adoptive city. "The outcome of the rich dialogue and connection between Josep Sert Lluis Sert and Joan Miro is an iconic building that combines traditional Mediterranean architecture with the principles of modern rationalism. The elements who determine the design of the building are circulation, material, and forms. Sert conceived it as an open space, with large terraces and interior courtyards that allowed a correct circulation of museum visitors ."

"The combination of elements from local tradition such as Catalan vaulted ceilings and ceramic floor tiles, jointly with the use of reinforced concrete painted white, generates a bold variety of textures."
From a formal point of view, it is necessary to highlight the reinterpretation of the lines of medieval Catalan architecture such as the patio, the octagonal tower and the proportions of emptiness and fullness in the concrete parameters seen. From the urban and landscape point of view, the building can be considered one of the most relevant architectural landmarks of Barcelona."
The collection of the art gallery allows you to make a trip through the artistic life of Miró, from his first sketches to the large paintings that characterize the last stage of his life. The foundation's collection of works by Joan Miró includes paintings, drawings, sculptures, ceramics, textiles, and extensive print archives. "Miró oeuvre cannot be understood without taking into account the close bound between painting and poetry, two elements that he considered inseparable. Therefore it is essential to know which writers and works attracted the artist's interest" That's why you can find a bibliothèque where is all the favorite author of Miró at the Foundation.

              ANONYMITY
"Miró's assassination of painting' implied going beyond the idea of art: "I'm not interested in any school or any artist. Not one. I'm only interested in anonymous art, the kind that springs from collective unconscious "With this words, 1931 he emphasized his identification, which was to grow ever more intense, with a public, collective art. Miró also thought about the ability of mural painting to generate human relationships in everyday spaces, the integration of visual art into architecture and about all artworks that reflected anonymity, which he associated with prehistoric man, the great masters of the ancient world, and with the architecture of Gaudi."

              Self-Portrait 1937-60
Oil and pencil on canvas 146 x 97 cm Fundació Miró
Painting on white background for the cell of a recluse
"During the 1960s, Miró created three large-scale triptychs. Painting on a white background for the cell of a recluse is the most austere. In his opinion "conquering freedom means conquering simplicity. At the very limit, then, one line, one color can make a painting." The line on its own, preceding form embodies the origin of work art.
Here a simple line travels across the white surface of three canvases, adapting its trajectory in each case to small obstacles that the hand encounters along the way.
Large-scale formats provided Miró with an experience comparable to tackling a mural painting. And, in fact, the visual effect produced by these three canvases is very like that of cracks opening up in the continuous white of a wall."
              POETRY AND SILENCE
"Miró's interest in Zen and the art of calligraphy of the Far East is evident from his earliest work. Miró in Palma de Mallorca found the solitude of his studio an atmosphere amenable to contemplation. He had felt the same need in the early 1940s in response to the barbarity of war and the political situation in Spain. Miró said " my work should come naturally, as does the song of a bird or Mozart's music, with no apparent effort, but long meditated and worked on within myself."

              Landscape,
"At the end of 1966, Miró went to Japan for the first time. The way of thinking, the arts and culture of the Far East fascinated him his whole life: "Ever since I was a young man I was very interested in Japanese ukiyo-e ; and I was very impressed by the way the Japanese react before a drop of water a little stone, a handful of sand, things seem to have no meaning".
In Landscape, a blue dot, the only point of reference, gains great relevance. This dot makes the space present at the same time that it heightens the weave, the material nature, of the surface. "Silence", Miró commented, "is a denial of noise", but the smallest noise in the midst of silence become enormous." For me this painting represent mediation time, when you have to make this silence in your thought, this blue point represent yourself and the white backgroung the silence in your thought.
              ANTI-PAINTING
"Miro's willingness to revise his work was the result of his critical reflection on painting, which he defined on occasions as "anti-painting". No longer was it just matter of transgressing the conventions of representation, or of questioning traditional techniques by the incorporation of objects and the use of non-traditional supports, but of carrying to its ultimate consequences the thirties of desacralizing the work of art. He violated the canvas by multiple actions: he deformed it, he cut it, he made holes in it, and he burnt it, to the point of showing the stretcher bars behind it and invited the viewer to look through."
